Welcome! My name is Tara Abele and as a certified hypnotist, Quantum Healing and Remote Spirit Release practitioner, I help people transform their lives.

One such way is through hypnosis. You probably don't even realize that you achieve this relaxed state of mind several times in a day. Hypnosis is the process of communicating with your subconscious mind to relieve it of unhelpful and negative programing, and create new and positive ways of being and thinking. I offer both traditional hypnosis and two types of quantum healing hypnosis. Everything is energy, which western medicine does not acknowledge. Many people seek alternatives when they have tried, unsuccessfully, traditional methods. Shifting the energy of thoughtforms and subpersonalities, past life and current life events and relationships is key to bringing about positive change in your life.

What is Hypnosis & Quantum Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a means to to retrieve information and wisdom from your subconscious, to identify and address core traumas holding you back, and make energetic corrections which may present themselves in a variety of unpleasant ways. Through hypnosis, we can anchor in new, positive beliefs and activate your mind and body's highest potentials. Even though it's scientifically explainable, it is without a doubt seemingly magical on so many levels.
Quantum healing hypnosis sessions are directed by the client's higher self, and my role is to assist in navigation. Each session is a unique and personal experience. The client will be brought to the most appropriate time and space, such as a past life, an earlier time in their current life, a parallel life, a journey to a healing temple, to their Akashic records, in between lives, a void, etc.

SESSIONS
Quantum Healing Hypnosis
These sessions are exploratory and take you to where you need to go for your soul's expansion and liberation. Much can be covered in these sessions which last from 3-5 hours, each very personal and unique. We will meet and discuss your goals prior to the actual session. This includes past life regression, the Beyond Quantum Healing(BQH) and Angelic Universal Regression Alchemy (AURA) methods.
Group hypnosis
Great for groups of adults that want to transform their lives. The next dates will be released shortly. Available to book for group sessions. Themes such as past life regression, confidence and productivity boost, stress management, and much more can be specified upon booking to suit your needs.
