Cancellation Policy
Online Classic Hypnosis Session Policy Thank you for booking your hypnosis session with Peaceful Pathways. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the following terms:
1. Session Booking Sessions must be booked in advance. Ensure all information provided is accurate, including your availability and session details.
2. No Guarantee of Healing or Outcome While hypnosis can be beneficial, no guarantees are made regarding the outcome. Results vary depending on individual circumstances, and hypnosis should be viewed as a tool for personal development, not a cure.
3. Refund Policy Refunds are not provided once a session is confirmed. Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before the session to avoid full charge. Exceptions may be made in emergencies, at our discretion.
4. Technology & Remote Service Disclaimer Online sessions are conducted via video conferencing (Zoom or similar). You are responsible for having a stable internet connection, and functioning audio/video equipment. We are not liable for any technical issues or delays on the client’s end.
5. Confidentiality & Privacy Sessions are confidential. However, you must ensure you are in a private, quiet space. Information shared is confidential, but Peaceful Pathways may be required by law to disclose certain information (e.g., harm to self/others).
6. Client Responsibility You confirm you are in good mental and physical health to participate. Notify the facilitator of any medical conditions, medications, or mental health concerns that may affect your ability to engage in hypnosis. Hypnosis is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
7. Limitation of Liability You agree to hold harmless and release Tara Abele and Tara Abele Quantum Healing from any liability for personal injury, emotional distress, or other effects arising from the session. You are responsible for your actions and outcomes during the session.
8. Agreement to Terms By booking and participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. These terms may be updated periodically, and you agree to be bound by any changes.
