What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a deep state of relaxation where your subconscious mind becomes more open and receptive. During a session, you’ll be guided into this state by me, a trained professional.  Hypnosis allows you to address any concerns, such as stress, past trauma, or habits you want to change, by tapping into the subconscious mind. It’s a peaceful and empowering experience! Hypnosis can also take you on a journey where you can connect with your own higher being, explore past lives, visit spirit, gain perspective and awareness, find healing, have questions answered, see repetitive patterns, and find release and empowerment. 

Can I be hypnotized?

​Maybe you have a fear of losing control. Hypnosis is not about losing control; it’s about gaining it! You’ll remain in control throughout the session, and you cannot be made to do anything against your will. It’s a relaxing experience, where you’ll simply be guided toward your highest good.  Don't expect to disappear and not remember what's going on.  You will simply experience an altered brainwave and can stop whenever you choose to. Hypnosis works whether you have prior knowledge or experience. A desire and willingness to be open to the experience is the key!

What is the best type of hypnosis for me?

Both types of hypnosis are valuable and serve different purposes. If you’re looking to make changes in specific areas like habits or emotions, Classic Hypnosis might be the best choice. If you’re seeking deeper self-discovery, past life exploration, or spiritual healing, Quantum Healing Hypnosis could be a great fit.

Are in-Person better than remote sessions?

Absolutely NOT!  I had a space which I stopped using during COVID and saw that my on-line clients went deeper faster whilst being in the comfort of their own homes, beds or recliners.  The sessions are exceptional online, rather than in a hot seat in a strange place which has the potential of creating performance anxiety.

What do I need to have an online session?

You simply need to have access to Zoom, preferably a headset with mic, and time free of interuption. Classic Sessions take about 2 hours, including pretalk, and Quantum Healing Hypnosis 3-5 hours.

What is Hypnosis good for?

Just about everything. I am a firm believer that thoughts create things.  The subconscious mind is estimated to control approximately 95% of our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while the conscious mind is believed to be responsible for the remaining 5%. It's like exploring the depths of the ocean, so much more is there, just not visible when peering down into it from above.

How many Sessions do I need?

The answer to this depends on the reason for your session.  If you are coming with a deep issue such as addiction or weight loss, 3 is the standard recommendation.  Why?  Imagine the first session removes the bears that are attacking you, the 2nd removes the circling wolves, and the 3rd the vermin going after your picnic basket.  Simply put, 3 sessions ensures we have eliminated all problematic subconcious causes, and gives the opportunity to implement positive healthy thoughtforms around your issue.  Those who have illness and want to reprogram their operating systems may find that continuous, consecutive sessions are perfect.  Quantum Healing hypnosis sessions are available whenever one is feeling drawn.  Many people choose to have them bi-monthly.  It is important to let the work integrate for at least a week in between sessions.

What happens after my session?

After your session, you may feel relaxed, peaceful, or even energized! Many clients report a sense of clarity or relief after their hypnosis session. Some experience insights that continue to unfold in the days following the session. It's perfectly normal to feel a little different, as hypnosis can help shift subconscious patterns.
