The Structure of an A.U.R.A Session

Interview: here is where we will review your hopes and intentions for the sessions, as well as the questions you brought with you. (See: 13 Ways to Prepare, below). This time allows me to get a clear picture of your life, the players involved, and any issues you've experienced, so that I will know how to best facilitate your session. (approx 45min)

Energy Work: While you are comfortably lying down, I will prepare the space, and your vessel, energetically. (approx 30min)

Session: Gently led by my voice, you will relax and allow yourself to be led to the most appropriate time and space. (approx. 2-4 hours)​

Post-talk/Wrap-up: We will reflect upon your session and I will offer any suggestions or support needed.
